Collectcorp Selects Call Center Management Company to Bring 125 Jobs to Region “The increase of our US-based client business has increased our capacity needs,” said Mr. Nicholas Wilson, Chairman and CEO of Collectcorp. The company chose Middleburg Heights because of its strategic location with access to muliple highways and the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. “Northeast Ohio has one of the nation’s best fiber optic networks,” said Tom Waltermire CEO of Team Northeast Ohio. “This, coupled with our technical capabilities, and our talented and dedicated workforce, makes our region attractive for call centers.” Collectcorp worked with a collaborative economic development team to secure its Northeast Ohio location decision, including the State of Ohio, the City of Middleburg Heights, and Team NEO. “Middleburg Heights is proud to have been able to work with the Ohio Department of Development and Team NEO to attract Collectcorp to Middleburg Heights and bring a significant number of new jobs not only to Middleburg Heights but also to Northeast Ohio and the State of Ohio,” said Mayor Gary W.
