Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club joins ANEO Partners

The purpose is simple:  Retain Young Professionals in Greater Cleveland.  Advance Northeast Ohio, the region's economic action plan calls for retaining talent to support the dynamic, high-growth companies we are growing and attracting.  Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club has been working hard to provide professional and personal development opportunities - to connect people with knowledge, ability to make a difference in their community, and to grow roots (friends) - for over eight years.  In this time they've built relationships with similar-typed organizations across the region, in neighboring states, and became the fastest growing YP group in the country.  This dynamic group of 800+ individuals who care passionately about the health and vitality of our region are the newest Partners with Advance Northeast Ohio.

It's growing more clear as more organizations Partner with ANEO that there are three distinct roles for Partners in our collective work in realizing regional economic prosperty - Doing Roles, Funding Roles, Knowledge and People Roles.  When asked what they can contribute to collective efforts to grow the region's economy, Partners see clearly specific roles for different initiatives.  As a result, more and more are signing on to be collaborative leaders today, for a bright future tomorrow.  Welcome, 20/30 - we look forward to your members' active participation in aligning the region's efforts to retain top talent with your strengths as Doers - with lots of People!
