Black Leadership and Regionalism

The annual CAAO Black Leadership Retreat on Saturday, Aug. 25, will focus on issues of trust building, cultural competence and reconnecting to the critical issues that are impacting the Black community in the new age of regionalism.

The program is being held at the Laurel School in Russell Township.

CAAO is working on bringing African American emerging and current leaders from Northeast Ohio together to discuss regionalism. Following in the footsteps of the momentum Voices and Choices and the President's Council recent regionalism study, CAAO is continuing the dialogue on regionalism.
